Hotel located in Moabit part of Berlin, very close to the U-Bahn (Birkenstrasse), so you can get to any place quite fast. Nearby are many restaurants and bars. Hotel itself is in the shopping gallery, so you have supermarket downstairs. Hotel is spacy, with registration desk on 2nd level and car parking as well, so all is close. We had big room, so all was perfect. I felt very good and despite of walking a lot and sightseeing all day I felt very relaxed at the hotel, I slept very well. Breakfast are good, fresh orange juice. I would select the same hotel if I visit Berlin next time.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we realised it's not an ordinary one. Starting from the entry to the room it has a very modern design and the staff is kind and respectful. The room was equipped with everything a 4-star hotel needs and was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever seen (all-you-can-eat) and extremely delicious. The Mercure Hotel is located near the Birkenstraße U-Bahn entry station, making the tourist attractions accessible. A very well-deserved 4 stars to this First-Class hotel in Berlin!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! The hotel and room itself was very nice and clean as well. Very comfortable and convenient. The room was quite big with a big comfortable bed and really nice shower, very relaxing and very quiet!

Dear all, I was lucky to book a very spacious comfort room with an extra seating area. I really enjoyed it as well as views and large working table. The breakfast exceeded my expectations entirely, I've never had better in my life and I've traveled some! Well done. I really liked an interesting new concept of business hotels in a complex similar to a shopping mall, incl. supermarket, bar, restaurant, lobby within, really very spacious. I recommend this hotel. Whether you come for work or leisure, the location is wonderful, just near metro stop Birkestrasse.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (really large), the equipment was also very good. Very good place to buy all important things (shopping centre directly in the building) and for transport (train and metro stop was near) . The breakfast was really excellent.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was superb, a variety of food, very tasty, the employees from the hotel were multilingual, very nice, even those from breakfast- they were always watching to clean the tables, take the empty plates etc.

Adequate room, good location, good breakfast, helpful staff - but hard to get enthusiastic about. A decent hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Located above a large grocery store.

The hotel is located in not a very friendly area but very close to the metro line 6 and 9, with easy access to the city centre. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket, a cafe etc just underneath the hotel (the hotel reception is on the second floor and the shopping centre was the ground floor). Our room was big (our family of 3 was comfortable) and wonderfully clean with enough storage space to store clothes of 3 people for 3 days. A minifridge with fresh bottles of water was very useful in hot weather. A nice bathroom with a big shower cabin and clean soft towels. A huge TV with a selection of German and international channels. Fast and reliable internet connection in the room. A tea/coffee set. Snacks vending machine in the corridor nearby. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. To sum up, it was a comfortable place to stay for 3 nights when visiting Berlin.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff ready to guide tourists on sightseeing and eating options around the city Big property with several facilities -- cafes and supermarket on the ground floor, restaurant and bar, fitness centre, huge lobby, conference halls Appreciated the beverages variety in the room!

Great place for an anonymous stay in Berlin. My single room was small but I guess that was enough. Bathroom was comparatively large and the shower was great. Very convenient supermarket in the basement floor!
